Guild Wars 2

So I am trying to figure out the best way to get my warrior to do good to decent damage but live in the process. I seem to take a beat down more than a warrior should it seems. I’m Level 60 and any advice is welcomed.

Also i am still trying to figure out this build stuff and its a lot of info flying around about it. Is this pretty much a trial and error thing? Should I just try will all the weapons? Now I’m using GS and Hammer, which I seem to like the Hammer but I read that GS is better? Also been reading dual axes is good or axe/mace. Its a lot of info on here and a lot to sift through.

For leveling i suggest GS and axe/mace, or LB or rifle in place of GS if you want some range. You will kill stuff fast. Use berserker weapons but if you are still learning to kite and dodge then you should probably use Valkyrie armor. Use a stacking sigil like bloodlust to do extra damage. Use runes that increase power. You want to faceroll stuff not fight it.
