Anet is terrible at balancing pvp/wvw. Wars have zero weakness and don’t have to sacrifice anything to do damage. If you’re facing 4/5 hambow or s/s&lb wars in solo queue. Don’t even bother going for mid-node. Just afk.

If they don’t get this under control. It’s going to be the downfall of the game. (Well and living stories constantly having scarlet in them. Which, the community has already stated enough is enough.)

I don’t understand why you folks constantly call for warrior nerf. This game is made for ranged classes. Have you folks ever played other mmos? Ranged classes in other mmos should cast their abilities to inflict any meaningful damage. You folks have little to no casting.
You can literally dodge hardest hitting attacks and laugh at their faces. You folks have one of the most BS builds such as phantasm mesmers, thieves who can go stealth every 3 seconds and deal damage while evading. It’s unbelievable how much Anet caters to you ranged and stealth wimps and you still call for nerfing warriors. go play WOW or SWTOR and see for yourself how lucky you folks are.

Apart from no protection, no vigor, no aegis, 1 blind and highly telegraphed, easily dodgeable attacks.

Copy and paste away, warriors are getting nerfed because while the community has a problem with warrior, so does anet. You posting warriors are fine is only comforting yourself and fellow warriors in denial or fear of becoming the bottom of the food chain again.

It’s actually pretty interesting, everyone agree that warriors are OP except (most) warriors.
The thing is that the ‘most’ part doesn’t contain the top ranked warriors. Each of them will tell you warrior is OP.

Regretting as I’m typing coz bad will stay bad but…

Just log into a 1v1 server in the mists and see who dominates the place (hint: it’s not warriors).
I see mesmer, engis, gaurds, necros, thieves and even eles winning warriors.
If any class dominate these arena its usualy a thief, most times the “omg thief is dead” after nerf S/D, but many P/D and S/P too.
Seriously most people who comment here must be dead noob and clueless about the game. Yes hammerbow warrior is still very strong build you will want in TPVP, but so is the bunker gaurd, the decap engi, spirit rangers, any thief, terromancer..

So yes warrior have toughness, immune and bla bla other classes have their kitten stuff too.
People still think ele is bad, well you just play around bad players, I know a few eles who don’t lose 1v1, and the bunker staff build is very strong for tpvp.
People still think power ranger is a joke – I know some who will down you in seconds from 1500m.
Mesmer is so ez in 1v1, I even see that the phant builds are back, they are so strong and easy its lol, yet you still complain about warriors?
Are you a real bad player and have problem with warriors? just pick a S/P thief, you will win without even needing to heal.

Please I can go on on but it always comes down to the same conclusion:

Its sad seing the amount of OP threads in forums. Not just warriors – every class is OP, and guy who died to it clearly is pro at game and it is not his fault, its games fault.

People, for crying out loud, learn to play, improve.

And this is not classes balance forums, but warriors forum. Thread author is clearly not playing warrior, so why are you even creating a thread in here?

Every time someone comes and claims that X class has no weakness the arguments always take the same course. They present a list of things that the class has access to like they’re making some grand discovery and then completely ignore what the class doesn’t have.

Fact of the matter is, no class is designed to have any specific weakness built in. Any weakness comes from what the class/build lacks access to rather than being a clear cut weakness to the entire class regardless of how it’s built. While yes, this isn’t currently true for all classes at the moment, it is the design goal that a-net is aiming for.

But if you want clear cut weaknesses then here …
- Highly predictable combat strategies
- Any attack with significant damage is highly telegraphed
- With the exception of the Longbow, warrior condition removal is highly reliant on a burst attack hitting it’s target (See “Highly telegraphed attacks”)
- The majority of a warrior’s damage output is done in melee range

So … don’t go spouting BS like “no weaknesses” because your definition of what a weakness is is inherently flawed.

same goes to minion necro and spirit ranger and mesmers have you fought 3 to 4 of the mentioned class and win? no and why do you expect to win against 4 players vs 1 you know who’s broken? it’s not the warrior or the game it’s the people who expect to kill 4 or more players in 1 build this is not WOW so get the kitten out and go back to blizzard.
