This is meant to stimulate players that are new to theorycrafting and new to Warrior to go out and create their own builds, suited to their own skill level and play style.

Would love any seasoned players to have a look and see if you think I’ve missed any synergies or suggest some more, less obvious, trait pairings.

Really nice site mate. I found it interesting to click on the titles just to make sure your traits match up with what I thought they would which they did.

Being as the skill page doesn’t allow you to chose consumables maybe you should include in your little paragraph what foods you think compliment the build.

I know pretty much everyone is running lemongrass (or a cheaper lower tier version) at the moment but I like to experiment as well, Mango pie for example can be pretty fun with any regen type build.

Thanks for the comments. I did this mainly as a PvP tool, however, I think if I have time I might develop it a bit more, maybe put in what gear/food can compliment each foundation build.

This is a great idea. Nicely put together man.

One thing to add though. Your combination of shield with missile reflect and rune of the guardian is something I’ve tried. At the time, the burn did not happen if I actually reflected an attack instead of blocking, which greatly reduces the overall usefulness of the combination. That’s why I dropped the reflect trait on that build, which actually opens up a great spot in the Defense trait line.

Interesting! I haven’t actually checked whether you get “block” pop up when you are reflecting. I suppose you wouldn’t, and as a result the reflect trait should maybe be taken OR the block traits. I may do some testing tonight and split them on the guide.

Tested this and you don’t get the buffs when you are reflecting. So I have updated this in the blog post. Thanks guys!

Just like to get a bit of feedback so at least I know this isn’t a total waste of my time and might actually help some newer players!

Played since launch and it helped, even if it was just incentive for theorycrafting.
