Vengeance is bugged. Dying in vengeance then respawning at a waypoint causes the warrior to instantly die again resulting in a double gear break. I’ve been able to reproduce this bug. Occurs when the warrior dies while in vengeance then uses a WP.

Sometimes this can change, causing multiple instant deaths after WPing. Additionally after the first bug out, the warrior loses their downed state and additional deaths sometimes cause the warrior to instantly die with no downed state even though they have only died 1 time before.

Wait a whole second before jumping to the waypoint, it’s happened to me before but isn’t overly difficult to avoid.
