Guild Wars 2

Hello gang,
I am getting ready to regear my friends warrior and could use some help with it and builds. I keep seeing warrior damage videos and am hoping we can get his damage up their and his survivability. Here is a video example

He is currently geared in exotic draconic knights armor with superior rune of fire. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Rune_of_the_Fire rings/amulate/earings are ruby orichorum (sp) of the berserker with a rare guild assasins backpack of the berserker.

Great sword is Ebonblade

Rifle is Mystic Rifle

Also has a mystic axe and I don’t recall the exotic warhorn.

Currently is a shout warrior, can get his build later tonight.

Any help is appreciated, I need him to protect my ranger!

EDIT:
Have been farming and have the mats and gold to build an new set of draconic, can re do all his other gear if needed as well. Not sure how much karma he has if karma gear is better or what not.
