Their mobility got nerfed so they have to nerf warrs mobility aswell
But they often forget that they are caster with 1.5k range
@a t s e: lol, so much wrong info. Eles never have 1500 range. It’s 1200 max with staff and then they have no RTL. Most users have around 600 range when using RTL. And an ele can never outrun a thief or warrior. Ele mobility was nerfed to the ground. Not saying warrior’s should get nerfed, but ele’s should get reverted as we’re naturally MUCH squishier and deal way less damage.

LOL these points make no sense.
1. HP doesn’t mean jack, keeping it up does.
2. Everybody has 916 toughness at 80.
3. Unable to be cc’ed because they’re running stability in their utilites? Guess what! That means they aren’t running other things and you can just wait out those timers.
4. Yes because a warrior’s block shield skill is so much more powerful than a Guardian’s heal/block skill, or any invuln, or the mesmer equivalent that is also an attack. “Boo hoo can’t do X in mistform” Can’t do the same things in block, but can actually be CC’ed if your opponent wasn’t too dumb to not know that.
5. All channeled skills track stealthed targest. All of them. Every. Single. One. For. Every. Class.
6. Best mobility if they run a power weapon with a hybrid weapon and a swiftness horn. So OP. Has to give up CC and range, but those suck right?
7. So now they’re running shield, greatsword, sword, horn, rifle, and axe? You’re being hit by kill shot and eviscerate? Sorry my telegraphed skills aren’t telegraphed enough for you. I’ll be sure to get a neon sign.

Please tell me how to unlock more than 2 weapon sets. I would love to be like this warrior you described, slotting Greatsword/Sword+Warhorn/Hammer/Mace+Shield.
Greatsword alone can cover the mobility section as well as the +25 trait for movement speed.
Hammer can literally stun lock a target(s) on a very short amount of cool down i might add. Sure we can bring stun breakers that have 4x longer cooldowns then the stuns themselves. Yeah thats fair.
Rifles can one shot. Idk why this is even a thing in this game by a class that has a good amount of defense. Am i reliving my WoW Days or something? Compare rifle and longbow skills to that of a ranger and its complete bs. Why would a warrior need better range damage and atks then something that is focused on ranged combat.
I should also add that the gap closers this class has alone that can be used for multiple situations is a bit to far. Hell even ranger only has 2 at most and they are bugged and awkward to use.

Guys don’t worry. I mean don’t you know warriors are so OP they can spec 30/30/40/30/30 which allows us to use 5 different weapons sets and never runs out of adrenaline. Sheesh the nerve. /sarcasm over
But seriously though I feel like some people on this forum actually believe that when they mention our abilities.
This post is so well put +1000 internets for the writer. I remember there was a tier list somewhere on the Spvp forum when D/D ele was god tier and everyone put warriors and necros at the bottom and now that the status quo has changed you’d think that A-Net had developers personally shown up to people’s houses to punch them in the face.

does anet give you noobs 4 weapon slots with 5 utility slots or we are just playing a different game.

Ive seen all the complaint threads about op warriors from “warriors need nerf they op” to explanations on how healing signets passive is unfair compared to other classes. Truth is we are finally at a fair chance against other classes. I fight good necros, engies, and mesmers now that are the solo 1v1 types and beat them where as a few months ago would have akitten me. And im considered very good at 1v1 as to what my peers tell me. Engies especially without berz stance they would stack 4-5 conditions on me within 5-10 seconds and half my hp gone before i know it.
The healing we have now holds up just right. I spec balanced with 30 in def and 30 in arms with swrd/shld longbow and have always used healing signet even back when it was half what it is now and at 400 with a little bit of healing power makes it just right for me. Zerk thieves can still drop my hp like it nothing if im not careful and thats why i keep endure pain to keep myself in the fight due to warriors lack of evasions which IM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT. And i dont see anyone complaining about the 11k heal that healing surge brings. Healing signet gives 1k more out of 30 seconds and is very susceptible to poison over the long haul so its a very fair tradeoff.
Fact is as a lifetime warrior i can say we have gone from laughing stocks to fair competition and other classes will not be akitteng me anymore. I used to kill other warriors without a second thought charging in the fight and now at least i can say fighting other warriors for me as well has become a better challenge. The bigger heal and few extra condi cleanse/berz immunity was what we needed and now we arnt begging for help all the time. If they nerf berz stance and healing signet i will keep using them because i like the way the skills work and i can go back to losing to good players on other classes but at least they would be happy right? The forums complainers would still be seeing my boot.
Just dropping my thoughts on here considering so many whiners cant auto win anymore. Get better or play a warrior and find out its not the class that wins the fight.

Assuming you let all the incredibly visible attacks land.
Earthshaker – 2s on burst cd + adrenaline generation (lol @ generating adrenaline w/hammer)
Staggering blow – push, doesn’t actually lock you and moves you too far away for anything but earthshaker to land
Backbreaker – 2s on 30s cd

Are we playing the same game here? The one you describe is definitely using GS/Sword+warhorn as their first set while having mace+shield/hammer on their second set with 30/30/30/30/30 on their trait. I can’t seem to find it possible to do that in GW2.

Are we playing the same game here? The one you describe is definitely using GS/Sword+warhorn as their first set while having mace+shield/hammer on their second set with 30/30/30/30/30 on their trait. I can’t seem to find it possible to do that in GW2.
