Hey guys so I am not sure which race for my warrior that I am going to create. I have narrowed it down to charr or human. Which do you think looks the best in heavy armor and has the best animations for warrior.
Charr have issues with armor on heavy the most popular for them is only 1 the tier 3 cultural, humans have a varity of good looking armor. did you try look at norn they are awesome too
Their armor isn’t as bad as many people make it out to be, except the medium armor.
Because they are bigger but move at the same speed, they will feel slower even though they aren’t.
The animations are really good, although you could just create one of each race to compare, than stick with what you like.
You can preview the armor in the pvp locker even if you haven’t acquired the armor yet.
Between those 2 only, I’d go human. They look good in all armors, depending on your tastes. Charr have clipping and stretching issues in most armors, but look fantastic in T3.
But personally, I’d go asura. They look awesome and have the best animations. And the best T3.
Well made a human and charr war, and went in to the mists for some testing. The results are charr looks so bad in armor compared to humans. The clipping not that big a deal, but the stretching is horrible. Its like they took human made armor and stretched it over charr body. Helmets are just hilarious, and bad on charr.
Human looks great in all armors, sorta like all armors were made to fit the human race.
Charr could look super cool, but I think there is too much hunching and short little legs for it to work.
I like bigger models because they are like fly paper. Flies smash their face into you and stick on you forever, and that’s what I want to happen with my beefy warrior, so the rest of my team is safe and free.
Between Charr & Human. I think Charr is the more warrior like. Guardian suits for the humans. but IMO Norns are the best warriors ! The lore fits perfectly.
