Q:
Warrior's sprint and swiftnes
A:
Cap is +40% (with runes). Afaik the highest value is simply cut in half. So if you have swiftness (133% movement speed) and get crippled you’ll be moving at 66.5%. Warrior’s Sprint in this case is a non-factor. With WS and no swiftness you’ll be moving at 62.5% your normal speed if you get crippled.

I feared as much. On a side note though, would being crippled and chilled work in the same fashion? That is the highest modifier counting and the lowest ignored? And lastly which runes makes you move at +40%?
but the thieves have a trait that allows them to run at 50 % movespeed. so there is no real all-class cap then?
True, i was kinda only looking at warrior’s. But if only the strongest modifier applies, then the cap is as high as the strongest modifier accessible to a class, which in a warriors case is 33% afaik. (38% if using runes of speed i guess)
Right you are, it’s been a while since I laid eyes on those runes. They used to add 7%.
