Well I’m level 80 with 11 level master warrior. I have full exotic berserker armor and aceessories … so everything is just power/ferocity/percision.
It’s great build for killing mobs one by one solo, but when it comes to boss killing and following commanders around level 80 map for group events, I’m feeling kinda squishy.
So at close rage when I attack with greatsword I get killed kinda fast on champions group events. Because of that I decided that my 2nd weapon is long bow so I can attack from far away to not get his by boss. Greatsword/longbow sounds kinda lame for Warrior and I admit it is.
That’s why I would like to ask for any opinions how to build Warrior kinda tanky. I know there isn’t real agro on bosses like other games and lots of AOE attack, but still I would like to hear suggestions what weapon/armor/accessories/runes I should use to become kinda tanky and not squishy like I am now.
I will use Berserker gear for killing solo, that’s for sure, but when I decide to join boss hunting run, I will just switch my items so I won’t die at first hit on boss.
I’m open to suggestions, so please let me know what kind of build would be tanky for warrior.

well I don’t realy need to acctually tank it, just to survive being around it xD
I was thinking about Sentinels or Soliders Draconic items (power, thoughnes, vitality)
Exotic ofc. Anything less is worthless, no idea how to make ascend + I heard it cost insanely much.

I’m currently working on a tanky support warrior that still his like a truck. Focuses on might stacking using phalanx strength but uses commanders armor and weapons, which increases power precision toughness and boon duration. berserker spec had a trait that transfers a good amount of precision to ferocity, so you still hit like a truck, have more defense and really help out your team.

On aggro: it’s different for each mob and boss. Done are based on toughness, done are based on damage dealing, proximity, etc. Controlling aggro is not something to worry about. Learn the telegraphs for each one and similar enemies and stop running full zerker. It isn’t meta when someone has to stop attacking to res you.
