Guild Wars 2

With the big mega event this past weekend, I noticed several characters running passed me with weapons having effects. Wondering if anyone can help in pointing out which they might be. Crossing my fingers there not all Legendary ones.

Particularly, if there a really nice Axe and Rifle besides Frost Fang. Which I do not see affording anytime this year.

The ascalonion dungeon weapons glow blue at night if you’re interested in those. sheathed they glow but when you use them, they set themselves on fire.

the corrupted skeggox has the same graphic as tooth of frostfang, glows. All of the corruptod weapons glow. Ascalonion as mentioned above. there is jotun greatsword I think that glows, then all the forge weapons like volcanus gs (fire) , the ecto weapons glow pink. you can get weapons with the models of the ele weapons like mjolnir and the guardian summoned weapons are the foefire range.

Much appreciate!!! I’ll look into those you’ve listed. The weapon models I’ve found online, like on gw2db.com, don’t show the effect just the base weapon. Guess the real trouble comes from wielding an Axe and Rifle mostly. Looks like Swords get all the Dev’s love

They only have greatswords and staffs right now but they have a section on greatswords with particle effects and how to get them.

Yea i have the jotun greatsword and that glows. its a nice skin for only couple of hundred karma
