Extremely OP on a war.

To short of a cool down for such a long chill time. Blast finisher doesn’t make sense. Would rename it to “You are all Weak” to get some old GW feel to it. Would replace chill with a 1 second knockdown and make it a 40 second cool down shout

I’m still missing the shout “I Will Avenge you!” from beta. kitten , that was a shout!

I would imagine it’s something along those lines as well.

Would rather hear a warrior shout “FOOL!!”

Nice idea but I think it would be a bit over-powered when combined with the warhorn#5 skill. Perma weakness lol.

I only play WvW and some sPvP, I played PvE to level up so I’m not sure about the mechanics etc, but wouldn’t it make dungeons and bosses a little bit of a walkover?

extremely OP on warrior. if it was on a necro it would be fair.

Remove the blast and halve the condition duration on both conditions, tone radius down to 300.
