For reference:
- Adrenal Health gains 5 hp/s for every 100 healing power (as it ticks only once every 3 seconds)
- Compassionate Banner gains 1 hp healed for every 3 healing power
- Inspiring Battle Standard grand Regeneration, which gains 1 hp/s for every 8 healing power

each healing skill has a different coefficient for +healing, but yes it effects all heals, banner regen, shout heals
