I am just starting out and I have a warrior I want to raom with in WvW.

I plan to use a Mace/Shield – Greatsword build.

I don;t know anything about armor in WvW.

What armor for a burst build?

What armor for a condition build?

Thanks for suggestions about what works well.

I decided to go with Knights/Hoelbrak and mostly berserker trinkets.

That’s similar to what I used in my old mace+shield/greatsword build, although I think I had some soldier’s worked in their.

If you’re looking for a condi build, then either rabid or dire are probably going to be the best options for warriors.

This is close to what I use. Usually I try to get around 2800-3000 armor rating and put the rest in offensive armor.

Heiann – NSP

Cavalier armor lyssa runes, zerker weapons and trinkets. Foods are truffle steak and maintenance oil
