What attributes should I look for on jewels, hammer, armor? I have searched everywhere for this bit of information but keep coming up short. I could go with what I think but then again I would probably be wrong and not be using the build correctly.

usually something like PTV armor with zerker weapons / trinkets.

I presume PvP, then Celestial is pretty good right now. Other options are PVT, Zerk, or valkyrie.

I only state my opinion unless stated otherwise.
