Guild Wars 2

It says 1% reduction per point spent in discipline. Yet, when I spend 30 points, my 10 sec cooldown becomes a 7,75 (7 and 3/4 it says) sec cooldown? How is this 30%?

Is it working backwards? Does that seem weird to anyone else? Shouldn’t they just say that not spending points in Discipline increases your burst CD by 1% per… ehh… point not spend? Inception, anyone?

Shouldn’t we just get a 7 sec CD?

It’s rather faster recharge rate. It’s like you would add your watch 30% more juice : divide your current cooldown by 1.00 if you have 0point, 1.30 if you have 30 (leading to -23% cooldown).

It’s been so for 10 months with profession skills and it’s fair.
