I saw someone say rush was getting fixed few threads back amongst other stuff, is there an upcoming balance patch in the near future?

pvp season ends next week, we will get the balance patch 1 or 2 weeks after that most likely.

So you want to defeat the entire purpose of people running reflect skills, just because? Don’t get me wrong, reflect uptime for some classes might be a wee bit much, but that’s entirely the wrong way to go about fixing it.
