The one posted by Syncline is the Vigil’s keep armor, just go to their main base and spend some gold. The one right under that is crafted by armorsmiths for lvl 80’s.

If that blue one is heavy armor it’s not from armorsmithing because the models on male/female look a lot a like and there is nothing close like that for a male lol. Check the Dungeon vendors in Lion’s Arch, it might be from the low lvl vendors there. if not there then some random karma merchant or something.

I’m talking about the blue set on the female human at the top of the thread posted by AndrewSX…anyone know? I’m looking for anything similar, pre level 80 gear. I saw something similar on a level 35 the other night but they logged off before I could ask about it.

The blue set is the tier 3 human light cultural armor.

It’s the Gladiator set, and is a crafted yellow set. This means you need to learn the intricate insignia recipe you want to use from one of the Armorsmith NPCs. The good news is you can keep this look all the way to 80, because there is an updated version for each tier of items.
