Where is the HS active buff we were promised?
You mean the one to promote active use of the signet? Maybe the fact it now regens less per second is their version of promoting active use.
I really don’t know. All I know is that with the current condition meta Warriors could have done with something to keep themselves either condition free or competitive but as things stand we’re possibly bottom rung again.
What I wouldn’t have minded seeing was a buff to mending and healing signet left alone. Mending has a goodish heal but removes too few conditions. If it had some kind’ve passive condition removal or it either removed more conditions or converted them into boons it would have caused people to change things up.
Warriors are fine, don’t worry.

Well the Dev’s clearly said that they wanted to buff the active slightly to make it actually useful. Wouldn’t have to be much. A shift from 3,3 to 5-5,5 would have been sufficient.
So I guess the “never use the healing signet actively” will continue
They can’t just increase the heal. They need to do something different with it.
If the active gives more hp/sec than the passive then it just becomes a spam-able heal skill because of the low cd. If it continues to give less hp/sec then we will just continue to use it for the passive.
It needs to have an extra effect, maybe a boon, block, or cleanse. But I can’t think of one that would actually make sense, not be redundant, and not be too strong (don’t say protection, we don’t need that).
