Guild Wars 2

This would be a Male Warrior, primarily for Orr/Dungeons/WvWvW, I was thinking Asuran because of their size might allow them to move around Wv3 easier, but the Human’s story/creation seems to have a better feel too it.

So yeah, trying to be creative, and unique.

For what it’s worth, I found the Asuran storyline more entertaining. Humor is pretty much the only aspect of this game’s writing that shines, and the Asuran quests have more of it than any other race.

As far as racials go, I’d probably use the warrior elites over any of the racial elites. Prayer to Kormir could potentially be useful, since condition removal is a little hard to come by as a warrior. On the other hand, radiation field is interesting in that it provides a combo field, and pain inverter isn’t terrible in WvW.

The size thing is kind of a double-edged sword. Being small is great in WvW, but grinding for tiny gear you can barely see in PVE can get kind of depressing.

Charr. There is no other way.

I think both have good racials, but the Asuran gets the edge due to animations being harder to read and being able to hide behind smaller objects.

Unfortunately I have been playing a Norn from the start and grown accustomed to the camera, so when I now try play my Asuran Necromancer and attempt to tilt the camera up to see the wall of a tower my head fills the screen (due to the angles and there being less distance before the camera hits the floor and is forced in).

So, if I were you I’d try them out in the mists or somewhere first to make sure you are comfortable with cameras/animations and such, they play a bigger part in being comfortable with your character than you’d think.

Trust your feelings!

Especially if they tell you to make a Norn.

Charr.Period.Their story made me feel like I’m a real warrior!

I prefer sylvari. It sucks to get your kitten whooped by a twig who can swing a weapon. :P

Human has the hilariously overpowered Hounds of Balthazar. Asura is better due to the animations being hard to see in PvP/Wv3, but the Hounds are madness. Until they are nerfed (I expect them to be), Human might be the better choice, but Asura might be the better long-term investment.

Asura for FOV, which is much better.
charr is the worse, takes more screen space than a giant norn.

Asura Warriors/Guardians are sooo cliché.

Depends what your main purposes is. For pvp i’ll always say asuran is the best just because they are small and its harder to distinguish their animations (which is very, very important for pvp). If your goal is primarily pve, then pick a norn or human that way you can show off your shinys better (thats the point of pve basically heh). Char also good but their armor doesn’t look too good alot of the time.

Norn warrior all the way.

If you don’t care about advertising your gear to everyone go Asura. The animation quality alone make it worthwhile. The perception that you’re going everywhere faster is just gravy.

Charr and Norn feel so very slow, it’s painful.

as a warrior you wont need any racials so asura it is. humans warriors look pretty stupid anyways imho. (im human warrior xD)
