Is there any legitimate way to use these skills 2x in a row?

I mean 2x whirlwind and then 2x rush.

Outside of using an ele’s FGS I don’t think it is possible.

Follow the darkness into the depths, it’s more fun than the light can provide.

No, this guy was a solo artist in the north camp, easily holding off 3 thieves.

He probably used either bull’s charge or savage leap or both afterwards. You can’t just ignore cooldowns.
