Why I'm gaining retal boon on my spec?
Is this in WvW? If it is, then you might have points into the guard defense line. If you put enough points into that line it gives you retaliation if you dodge/mitigate any attacks from guards or similar NPCs.
Only other way is if the enemy puts confusion on you and your warhorn converts it to retaliation (I think).

Your right just found it, it’s the new rank of guard defense line, I’ve put point in this trait. Thx that answer my question :P
thats generally accepted as the best line to put all yer points into if your planning on doing roaming or open field combat in the future…

Yep, I mostly just roaming solo and sometime with a small group of 4-5 friends. It’s can be hard something because i’m on Blackgate, so they’re alot of zerg group running around on the other server, like JQ and SOR.
