Just sharing my warrior with you guys. I am very proud of him.

Traits:

30 Strenth V & VIII & X
20 Arms VI & V
20 Discipline V & IX

I have slapped 6x Superior runes of the Doylak on the full set CoF armour (Power/Prec/Crit).

The armour dye consists of Abyss Dye & Gold Dye.

The 2 Berserker Destroyer axes are my main weapons. I added a superior sigil of bloodlust on the main axe & a superior sigil of fire on the offhand.

I cary a Molten rifle of fire, Molten bow of fire, molten greatsword of bloodlust & molten warhorn in my backpack for various situations.

I have a molten harpoon of earth & molten speargun of earth as Aquatic weapons.

Weapon skills change all the time, depending on situations, my most common setup is:

1) Healing signet 2) for great justice 3) Shake it off 4)signet of might/doylak and signet of rage.

Which guy are you? That #1346726th guy with the CoF armor or the #1326736th guy with the CoF armor? I think both of them were proud of the easiest farmable dungeon armor too.

PS: Dolyak runes are garbage.

Runeblade: Yes I agree with your sentiment, those tokens are extremely easy to come by, the armour is very common but if there were so many other armour skins better then CoF why aren’t we seeing variety. I am afraid Arenanet slacked big time with the craftable armour skins and almost all other dung armours.

The only viable armour skin (crafted) would be dragonic ( I believe that is what it is called), and that is far more common then cof. Also imo the armour replaced the fastest by cof by.

I am an avid dung runner (I only PVE & Dung) and could choose to have any dung armour of my choice, I chose to go with CoF because it is the best looking armour (my liking) for a Charr.

Gratz on your warrior but imo Cof armor looks bad on charr. To be honest all dungones armors looks bad on charr. Better save money for T3 cultural, its looks great.

Don’t listen to the trolls. Play what you like and wear what you like. After all you’re playing the game for your enjoyment, not theirs.

Pay no mind to the others. Trolls like that—even if they don’t want to believe that’s what they are, though it is in this case—are a lot like monkeys; they like to throw crap at anyone who walks by. You found something you like, that you worked for, and that you’re proud of, and I applaud you for it. And even more for having the confidence to post it here, something which I doubt those who knocked your warrior have ever done.

It’s easy to be a critic.

I would replace Signet of Dolyak with Signet of Stamina.

The extra dodge juice and condition removal is worth way more than the itty bitty extra Toughness.

It’s great that you like your warrior and it seems you put some care into him!

Do, however, try out Oglaf’s advice on switching Signet of Dolyak with Signet of Stamina.
It nets you a dodge every 7.5 secs, down from every 10th – and is in my opinion – infinitely more solid than going even full cleric gear for survival.

No it doesn’t, vigor overrides it and caps out at the vigor regen rate.

Though I do agree with the guy that said dolyak runes are garbage. They only heal 80ish hp on the regen dude. It’s pretty bad.

Are you sure? I swear it fills up super fast… And Dolyak runes aren’t even 80 health regeneration, sadly. Its like 30-40…

EDIT: Actually I tested it. Using Warhorn 5 significantly speeds up the dodge juice regeneration with Signet of Stamina equipped.

You can also eat bowl of Orrian Truffle and Meat Stew for an extra 40% regen to endurance if you wanted to go crazy.

Yeah sure, Vigor increases endurance regeneration by 100%. Signet of stamina by 33%. So when you use Warhorn #5, you’ll see a significant increase; They don’t, however, stack so whenever you have Vigor, your signet is useless.

What you’re seeing is just the 100% (double speed) regen from vigor. It doesn’t actually stack with the signet.

20/20/30/0/0 has been pretty solid for me. Golem runes from CoE, pwr/tough/vit gear, and zerker jewelry just gives me a great well rounded build.

I have no idea if its a popular build or if people use the same traits, buuuuut its a lot of fun and I can solo anything except for a good mesmer/ele. (WvW build not spvp, haven’t tried it there)

You’re running full zerk gear with Dolyak Runes? Doesn’t make sense imo. 115 Toughness and 50 Vitality is negligble. You’ll get similar stats just by wearing a Soldier’s chest-piece…

I did not want to go 100% zerk as I spend lots of time in dungeons. I do not pvp (incl wvw) at all.

I added the Doylak rune to further compliment my foods stuffs generating health. I don’t die very easilly but still do a considerable amount of damage. Not as much as a full zerk but I last much longer then a full zerk.

I guess I tried very hard to find a balance.

Any suggestions on better type of runes for the armour?

Soldier Runes have the same stats as Dolyak (if you like it as much as you say) but a way better 6th bonus.

I like this suggestion, I may then even use the “shake it off” slot for something else a little more valuable since I won’t need it anymore, based on the 6th bonus.

Actually, I’d keep Shake It Off. Soldier Runes makes it totally awesome. 2 Conditions removed from yourself and everyone around you? Yes please.
