Honestly would like some response from devs on this as it feels like the hammer warriors got no love in the recent update—I mean an immob, come on Anet, thats pretty kittenty. It was fine before, the damage may have been rather high, but that could have been lowered. So why change the knockback (a form of placement manipulation that warriors desperately need) for an immob, there are so many skills in the game that remove immob alone.

Yea I’m so sad that they change the knockback of the Hammer burst to 1 sec immobilize. I was so planning to knock enemies around with it but now it’s totally useless.

This is why:
Berserker Hammer F1 was made for WvW.
Knockback in WvW is complete useless.
In 3 Years of WvW i was more safed by knockbacks then killed by it.
(knockback out of aoe)
Knockback is a free movement/dodge for the enemy.
You want the enemy to stay where they are and N O T !!!! move them around!!!

You cant make it a stun becasue it hits 15 targets. = op
Immo WOULD be better but 1 seconds is to low.

Most Melees are immun to Imo and the only caster that cares about imo is nekro.
(ele has way enough condi clean)

The dmg is a joke. Less than a AA…..

It would be better to make it a Daze on 15 Targets.

I have always advocated for a pulling effect on Hammer Burst for Berserker. It will be so useful. I also like ur idea of a aoe daze (3seconds) effect on 15 targets. That is much better than 1 sec immobilize which doesn’t make much difference. As a hammer warrior, if u go into berserker u basically scew urself for 15 seconds.

Why would you spec hammer for immob make no sense to me. The feeling of the class mechanic is better but the skills are weak, unimaginative and a mess.

If they wanted to make hammer fresh maybe add an taunt to the hammer burst.

why? BECAUSE PEOPLE ASKED FOR IT. people wanted a knockdown or stun because knocking your enemy back with a melee weapon is dumb. it got a immob instead.

hammer primal burst needs to be reverted to the way it was, right now it hits like a wet noodle and doesn’t even cc. you kind of lose the utility of the hammer in berserk mode cause the burst is just a leaping skill now.

it needs to either just hit hard or not hit so hard but cc people.
