Sorry no video to link yet but I’m loving my build but maybe it can use some tweaking anyone have some constructive thoughts on how to make it better?

I’m not squishy and do 3k ish damage with mace or hammer at any given time so I’m trying to balance for survivability and dmg

as a commander, you want to be as tanky as possible no matter how skilled you are at not dying. full pvt would be a good start

It has all the essentials for keeping yourself and everyone else alive. You should definitely be carrying a Sword+Warhorn for the extra utility. The alternate set is up to personal preference.

I’d probably go with:
Hammer – Merciless Hammer
Greatsword – Cleansing Ire / Last Stand
X/Shield – Shield Master
