WvW annoyance build?
Full PVT, melandru runes, GS+1h sword+warhorn, lemongrass food. Talents – minimum 15 to defense (for dogged march and adrenal health), minimum 20 to tactics (for traited warhorn), minimum 15 to discipline for warrior sprint and fast hands (20 for mobile strikes will be good too). Heal signet, signet of rage, shake it off and balanced stance/doly signet. Last utility pick for yourself.
You unlikely will be able to kill anyone (unless he is horrible or have like 5-10% hp and no heal/def cd), but no single man will be able to catch you 1 on 1, and 95% of small roaming groups too.

This is my current build and I’m loving it. GS gives you tons of mobility (I’m always at the head of the zerg, which is exactly where I want to be,) and Hammer has lots of damage and CC to deal with roamers. You’ve got enough toughness to shrug off everything. I made this build to be an invincible knight on the front lines, and it does wonders for that. For your purposes, it’ll serve you very well.
You can switch Burst Mastery for Heightened Focus depending on playstyle; I use either a little of both. Signet Mastery is another option but I’ve found Warrior’s Sprint to be a better choice. Good luck.
I play a similar build (same numbers, few diff traits) than Kalarchis and I agree with what was said. GS with Mobile Strikes can get you out of a sticky situation sometimes and you end up winning the fight.

EDIT** Far as build, there are several viable builds currently. It comes down to what weapon set you want to use that will help define the build. Test out all the weapons and find which ones you like, then go from there.
