the real nerf is about the +150 power from tier 1 to tier 2 and they nerfed my build…
The 2 condition cleanse with warhorn was a bug that just got fixed, but they threw in a pretty solid buff to shout heals so its not a big hit really. And the empowered allies switch does suck, i dont mind it as i can now run lung capacity and quick breathing together, meaning shorter CD shout heals as well as short cd warhorn skills that is still useful even with the condi cleanse going from 2→1

jus go shout build + soldier rune… cant u see anet is screaming for u to use this combo?
and that mobile staggering blow? how is that a nerf?
