So… I decided to waste my time and write a list of changes that could improve the berserker experience.
First of,
TRAITS:
Smash brawler: Reduce the recharge on burst skills, while berserk mode is not active each bar of adrenaline you spend will reduce the recharge of berserk mode by 2 seconds.
Savage instinct: Activating berserk mode breaks stuns. Breakin a stun removes 1 condition.
Dead or Alive: Becomes Embrace nirvana: Gain the ability to leave berserk mode, upon leaving berserk mode you consume your adrenaline, gain health (300 HP per adrenaline point), regeneration and retaliation for 5 seconds.
Eternal Champion: Take reduce damage while in berserk mode (10 %). Breaking a stun gives you 3 might stacks for 10 seconds and ‘Unstoppable’. Unstoppable: impairing moving conditions take no effect on you (3 seconds).
RAGE SKILLS:
Blood Recogning: is now a stun break with no cast time and it last for 8 seconds. 25% of outgoing damage is converted into healing (this also includes CONDITION DAMAGE).
Sundering leap: becomes Enraged: (This skill can be casted by holding the skill button, up to 3 seconds), for each second you are casting Enraged you gain 10 adrenaline points, while casting enraged you take 50% less damage and you absorb 25% of the damage dealt to allies in a 300 radius. if enraged is casted for 3 seconds you ‘Enrage’ dealing damage and healing you for 50% damage you have taken and absorbed from allies (300 radius up to 3 targets, this ability cannot crit). Also stuns you for 2 seconds.
Wild blow: Reduce the cast time and the cooldown, remove the 100% crit chance, this ability now knock foes out of their boons, removing 2 boons.
I love Wild Blow as it is, quite amazing in pvp, just gotta be careful not to miss. I generally use it to knock someone into a wall before pummeling em, or knocking a downed away from an unstoppable rez or similar. And solid dmg.
I agree with savage instinct, was something I was talking to a friend about, comparing it to Rev’s and their ability to break stun on Legend Swap.
For eternal champion, I’d like resistance instead of reduced damage, generally physical dmg can be shrugged off by wars, condis on the other hand…
