How do you guys gear up your berserker warriors? Right now I’ve got berserker in every slot except Head/Chest/Legs (the least efficient for Crit Dmg).

Do full damage warriors typically drop berserker pieces in every slot, or do certain pieces find room for defensive stats?

In PvE, there really is no need to have any defensive stats.. In high level fractals you’ll drop in one or two hits regardless of how much toughness you have. This is where experience and knowing the dungeon comes in.

I run full zerker gear and laugh all the time at how I’m the last man standing, in a party with high toughness allies. I can’t ever imagine going back to knights or soldier for pveing.

PS, do you really think +/- 150 toughness is going to keep you alive?

I run serker in every slot and beryl orbs cause I’m at 100% crit. The only defensive stats I have come from getting Adrenal Health so I don’t need to worry about trash mobs poking me to the point I need to heal.

I run full berserker everything. Hey veritas, could you test that 100% crit sometime? I know my 100%crit is NOT working. Even 106% can’t guarantee crits -_-

I minmax zerker with knights. Some people say knights is for training wheels though. Your call on that. And no you dont die in 2 hits with knights in high level fractals lol unless you are bad and have no AR. But for sure in some dugeons and some parts of fractals you want to use a rifle and u should be no where near the mobs. For example the end part of ascolon where all the siege is and u got the charrs to help you and there are all those mobs. It also depends on the dungeon if your running dugeons. There is a big difference between the mobs you encounter in COF P1 and Arah P3 for example.

Some dungeons are so bad with condis the whole ruby orb set up is not ideal at all becasue you will melt from the condis.

I just finally caved in to melandru runes, but when I was using berserker and ruby everything, 20 points in the defense line was enough for me, I would still jump first into the enemy Zerg and make it out alive

depends what u consider zerg dude. I can tell you the Zergs in T1 WvW are running about 70+ players now we call them blobs, and its all melee pain train. Pretty sure you wont survive dude solo no matter what gear u are wearing.

well your pretty lucky then you didnt get stuned/feared/immobilized/chilled or ccrippled and focoused. Id call that luck not skill or gear choice.
