I came up with two build ideas and I can’t decide which one to go with, anyone care to give me some advise?

I’m running with the new runes called “Tempest” since it works like “Rousing Resilience” but less powerful.

I don’t like either one and ya I tried something similar. Came to the conclusion same as everyone else it seems. It’s not going to work.
