So i quote

does it mean, balanced stance will probably grant you a real “stance” effect that also grant you stability per pulse. finally not a one steal and gone thing?

Why would you think that? Rampage is an Elite that takes away your U-skills, so they’re giving it this effect.

What I’d be worried about is Lich form being immune to CCs too. Rampage is crap anyway.

Well, people have being asking balanced stance to be an actual stance for a long time and deserve to be one, but Anet wanted it to have counter play,
but after the stability change.
balanced stance grant you stance effect which pulses for stability make a lot of sense to me.

and balanced stance and rampage also work the same way, click the skill, grant you a decent duration of stability (as of right now)

and also right now, when going up against a corrupt necro with balanced stance is just asked to get hard countered so hard, even harder then thief to mesmer. short pulses of stability will stop corrupt necro to chain a insanely long duration of fear with corruption and stop following fear.

I wouldn’t be suprised to see Balanced stance changed to something similar to Hollowed Ground for Guards, periodic pulses of short-duration stability (1 2sec stack every 2 seconds, maybe?) Less CC resistance than a transform, but still something. With the change, one stack on a 40sec CD seems a little too weak not too alter.

since already confirmed that berserker is going to be stance effect that pulse new boon, balanced stance will probably be the same

They said that Dolyak Signet will gain 10 stacks of stability for 8 seconds.

balanced stance might get the same treatment .

Talking to my Friend who speaks Chinese we noticed something interesting. For Warrior, Balanced Stance and Dolyak Signet will no longer have the same amount of stability.
Balanced Stance gives 5 stacks of stability while Dolyak Signet will give 10 stacks of stability.
Which I find fairly interesting since before they gave the same amount with different cooldowns and Dolyak giving additional toughness. Now they gain additional changes with Balanced probably being the shorter cooldown and less stability. And Dolyak will be a longer cooldown but you gain more stability.”
