this bug/issue going on for almost 2 years and still no fix.
i use great fortitude trait in strength tree which convert 7% of my power to vitality.
issues with it:
—-sometimes i have 21k hp and sometimes just little over 20k and most times in between like 20.800 or 20.470, it is not scaling properly to have fixed hp based on it.
—-it wont work with foods. if i increase my power with food it wont have effect on my
vitality.

precision issues:
problems with down scaled attribute:
at level 80 sometime my precision drops and critical chance gets down to 81% while it is normally 87%, the only solution to this is to change the map and re-enter the map again or it will stay low.
it might happen even worse during the down scaling map like level 50 map and i might not even notice my attribute are not what they are suppose to be, i only noticed this bug for level 80.
check your attribute every once in the wile to see whether they are at fix number or changing particularly for 80s.

Deep Strike trait has been bugged so many times so I wouldn’t be surprised if it is causing your precision to drop. But are you sure you aren’t using signets, etc?

in open world i am using signets, all of them full.
still trait wont work with food with wvw or not.
as i said if you change the map and re-enter the precision problem will be solved so its obviously a bug

If it’s a bug, isn’t there a bug forum for this issue?
