Guild Wars 2

Warrior will get ranger pets that they can ride for +25% speed with the f1 being a mount attack burst.

Each mount has 3 skin choices.
Available mounts:
All races: (scales to player size)

• undead horse
  - shadowy horse
  - ghastly blue horse
  - bone horse
• drake
  - reef drake
  - ice drake
  - river drake
  Norn & charr:
• armored bear
  - black
  - brown
  - polar
  Human & sylvari:
• moa
  - white
  - red
  - black
  Asura:
• cat
  - lynx
  - jaguar
  - jungle stalker

Specialization additions:
Mainhand spear offhand shield locked as one weapon. Get mount access while in spear and shield.
Spear and shield are initiative based. Physical skills are now initiative based aswell.

1-3 will be landspear skills
4-5 modified shield skills

Trample: stab with spear -> mount does head strike -> mount rapidly stomps
Charge: Ride forward dealing dmg and vulnerability to foes in path.
Wheel: evade around your target striking them. Backstabs deal +50% dmg.
Shove: strike nearby foes in front of you with mounts weight stunning them.
Block: go defensive and block 100% of attacks within 180degree arc of shield.

Oh I forget. I think it could run off initiative.

And focus utilities of physical skills and turn them into initiative with balance of coarse. Add in heal and elite and +3 utility physicals.

were you just trying to come up with the most unlikely elite specialisation?

Funny, with suggestions of us maybe getting a ‘knight’ themed specialization (since war/guard is still a possibility) I thought what if our new elite skill gets us a pony to ride. Then we get a defiant bar to throw us off of it.

Seems like someone is missing WoW mounts

I swear to Grenth, if I could ride a Moa around all day constantly screaching at people and dazing them in the middle of whatever they’re trying to do, I won’t feel natural light again for a good 4 months. Maybe longer.

Never played wow. I went with gw1 instead ;-(

Warriors riding Moas while wielding spears … the future is now.

It would be
Asura: Moa and Cats/drakes
Human/Sylvari: horses and cats/drakes
Norn/charr: bear and Minotaur/devourer

I could rock this.
but i dont know about riding a bear. I have a norn warrior. I would like a Horse like humans.

As an Asura, I’d like to ride on the back of a golem. Or just have rocket boots.

So…
