condition warrior vs other warriors
Rabid (or dire) warrior is a cheese build.
Because you can win many builds with your face all over the keys,
and there are some builds the you will never win(if they know how to play).
Not so different then most other full condi builds.
But there are other ways to play condi warrior – hybrid.
With carrion amulet or the nowadys so popular (and kinda OP) celestial amulet you can have both condi and direct damage at the cost of some survivability.
This means that you will no longer have those ez wins against the builds you used to stomp, you will need to work for it. but it also means that (in theroy) you have a chance against any class and build.

Hi,
As a condition warrior fighting other warriors, the first thing you need to pay attention to is the Berserker’s Stance. Check the buff on your enemy, and kite him when he has it, using your superior mobility (Sword #2). Note that the stance can be traited to a 10 seconds duration, so don’t come back too early into the fight; you’ll then have a 50s window to attack and defeat your foe.
Eviscerate builds do very well in duels, so losing against them is not so unexpected. There was some discussion recently on how you can fight them: Having Trouble with Axe Warriors.
Hammer builds, on the other hand, are more support-oriented, so as a condition warrior you should do fine in 1v1. Simply kite the opponent when they have the Berserker’s Stance up (Hambow is not very mobile), and make sure you have some stability and stun breakers (such as Endure Pain) to react swiftly in case you get caught in the stun locking.
Regards.
i assume you guys are talking from a wvw perspective, as in spvp if i leave point to wait out zerker stance, i am giving up the point.
Hey man, just use this build, it’s partially condition but most of all direct damage!

Just check it out!

Well, you’re putting yourself in quite a predicament! You face an opponent immune for 8-10s to the damage type that you can inflict, and probably have little to no control to cast him away – you risk giving up not only the point, but also your life, here.
You may try to kite in/out of the point, also using active defense (Endure Pain, dodges, blocks…) to manage the damage, but in most cases I’m afraid you may have to concede at least a decap, also paying a price of a depleted endurance and some utilities on cooldown.
I’m not in your shoes, so mean no disrespect at all, but I suspect that the build you’ve chosen may not be the best for the role you intend to fulfill in your team. I’m not an experienced PvP team player though (I’m the selfish duellist type), so I hope other readers can provide you with more insightful answers.
EDIT: just have seen Terrorsquad’s reply – if you’re ready to change your build, then give some chance to the one he’s provided. The build itself is excellent, and the explanation he’s provided is very clear.

Thank you for your feedback!
i tested his build and its quite strong, but from what i learnt is that i have to hybrid it up with builds?.. because it feels like condition build doesn’t really offer all that much or i am playing horribly wrong with it. In solo arena i can see it having some uses but in tpvp it feels like just worst of compared to all other builds out there.

Thats because in Team Arena you’ll be faced vs organized teams (not always).
So with their guardian/mesmer/ele, they can cleanse a lot of conditions in a short period of time when it comes to Teamfights.
In Solo Arena, depending what rated enemies you’re facing, there is much less coordination between one another. Therefore the condition cleansing will be (much) lower. So also the condition class will be more powerfull.
It’s also better if you only go far (or home) with your condition build, most teamfights happen on mid, where you’ll be quite useless witth the few conditions the warrior has.
Cheers
EDIT: the build I gave you is also very viable in Team Arena
I believe that you can hold a decent off tank position on the close, but need to bring the combat outside of the point. Basically, scout ahead, between mid and close, and intercept incoming players, following them to the close while warning your mates. This way, they’ll have to trigger their condition management utilities a bit sooner, letting you kite efficiently, relieving some pressure when reaching the point. And you do have good mobility with sword #2 and facilitated access to swiftness, so are unlikely to fall behind by much when going to the point.
The most efficient position, however, is probably in team fight. Spamming the Combustive Shot can be a great source of might for your team (because of leap/burst combos), while help maintaining significant condition pressure on your opponents. And of course, you’re able to take out players lacking efficient condition management very fast, probably faster than a physical damage build.
