They reverted this pretty much for all skills that had that (soothing mists/empowered allies), don’t fret.

And now banners are even better, since is a master trait you can use Shouts and banner at the same time, more healing.

Banner moved from tactics (fitting) to discipline in and of itself is a nerf because of how many pure offense traits are forced along that line just for something that eventually becomes a support skill.
A weapon swap traitline somehow synergizes with… Banners? Am I the only one understanding this?
