yes procs on 1 condition but these days ive noticed I very rarely get hit with just one condition.

The trait still says that it only cures one condition. I think the buff only effected the utility skill.

I was just looking at this with a couple guildmates. Specifically, Shrug it off is still only cleansing one condition and also does not work with trooper runes.
Can confirm, Shrug it off only cleanses one condition, having trooper runes doesn’t affect it.

Well that blows. So we go from 3 condi clear with regular shake It off to just 1 via trait.

It seems it is bugged. Shrug it off should trigger “shake it off” with all the effects (from runes and traits).
Arenanet should fix this!
