I kinda like it. Though I’m sure there is something I’m not thinking of that this change would push over the top. Otherwise it’s not bad.
Sure, Warrior needs a buff, but free CC on heal is probably a bit much.

well the level of CC is suppose to increase with the healing effect making it a heal ideal for burst warriors. they would like it because of the regain adrenaline and CC, however they give up on some hps and vulnerability to interupt when bringing this heal.

Ah yeah why did I not think of Burst Mastery? That would be a bit strange. However a half second daze after missing your burst? Not really OP, would’ve been before the patch kinda. If this change was implemented I would like it to be a Physical Healing ability.
i didnt really design it to be a physical healing ability. If it was it would need to be balanced for a reduced cooldown and probably also assume it does damage.
the main benefit is it would be better in general use with it being physical however it would be better when traited.
question if you miss your burst when you have burst mastery, do you not regain any adrenaline
also cc effect are up for discussion if you want
