i love the new Healing signet!
When signets are traited it’s cooldown is only 16 seconds. And activating it gives precision. I find it useful to activate it, then go into Rampage. You will have the 6 sec. resistance and all the benefits of Rampage. Once you come out of Rampage, you’re ready to heal again if you need it. Great for pvp or wvw.

Watch that though…. astute opponents will wait for the six seconds to end before piling the condis on you, during which you’re deprived of any sort of healing.
But yeah, I think they did a good job putting in some reasons to use the HS active. That there’s risk involved makes it one of the more interesting heal skills in the game now, imo.

What makes it OP now is chaining it into Berserker Stance and then cast the signet a second time. You can basically spend the first 20s of a fight immune to conditions.
I love it too: nice passive, excellent active, short cool-down, and a good way to improve precision (cast the signet repeatedly while traveling, in order to reach the 5 Precision stacks of Signet Mastery).
It`s also great when you really wants to spike a necro and your out of stability.
Ironically, in their attempts to “nerf” Healing Signet, they just made it more desirable… especially now that shouts are in the toilet. The 6 seconds of condi resist along with the bonuses from Signet Mastery make it a no-brainer.
My opinion, in PvE:
Healing Signet has issues, since foes rarely use heavy damaging condition builds, so active effect gets no use there.
So I rather use “To the limit!” (use adrenaline skill then heal up and back to fight) or Mending (heal and get rid of the pesky conditions immedietely)
I rarely do PvP or Hard PvE, unless it’s organized.
even more OP than it was… that’s ridiculous.
