well im not good with attacking on the move, I tried gs/b set up. it was ok, I went duel axe and died every time I faced over 3 ppl. now im back to my guild wars classic sword and shield. back on old guild wars this was main warrior set up. can any one tell me how to build a sword/shield warrior that a good support guy for pve.? I heard a bleed/crit build is nice but not sure how u set that up. what should y traits be? what utilities work best? im not trying to tank just not die every battle and do some ok dmge.

Final Thrust build: If you want to finish enemies when they have low hp.

Make sure you do, Shield Bash + Final Thrust.

Condi build, if you want to do sustain damage.

Support option:
Empower allies- Great DPS boost.
Inspiring Battle standard- Regen.
Healing signet- This + IPS + AH will give you a big regeneration.

I am actually always confused with the sword build because of its bleed damage and auto is it pure condition or a hybrid, and the recent final thrust addition got me thinking for berserker. I was only happy with the leap skill of the sword

Here’s a fun sword/warhorn one if you wanna try something with warhorn instead of shield. It works well with shield too, just change out quick breathing for a longbow trait.. Runes/sigil/longbow or hammer and ammy are all yours to choose

That one is great Ottohi! Very close to what I’m running. But you only have what 1 cripple skills with sword leap I’m curious why the leg specialist choice when the overall usefulness of something like Empower Allies seems much greater?

You forgot autoattack from Sword (and maybe 3 on Hammer).

Because, Spilluminati, I don’t like stuff getting away from me. A leap to and immobilize, and while auto attacking is really nice.

hey runeblade, thxs love the shield/ thrust build , traits almost same for condition aswell I gotta try it!. can you run 30/30/0/0/10 build using sword and shield? a guild member said you can but didn’t know how effective that be. I know it great for Gs

S/WH + LB is the best warrior set.

Never use sheld
