Does long bow or rifle do more damage for single target “without trait for it”?(presuming I’m wearing berserker)

I’m wondering since sometime when I’m in trouble in dungeon, I’d like to range instead of melee till I can heal.

Both having a kiting aspect to help you build distance between you and the fight. LBow immobilize is penetrating by default but rifle is normally just single target (not counting rifle butt because defiant stacks). LBow can pop a blind pretty quick to save ur butt. Both can burst with their 3 skill to provide some dps while you’re moving towards/away from the fight. If you don’t need your adrenaline, the LBow can provide you with a long fire field for might stacking.

Depends on the situation. If its just you against a single target then rifle takes the cake, its what rifles do best. If youre in a dungeon with another 4 people fighting against a boss then you’re better off with the longbow for the area might and combo field.
