so on my tooltip for rifle ranges say 1200. when i change to longbow ranges say 900. seems they are about the same. is there a bug on the tooltip? or is the range of the longbow shorter? thanks for any info!

Longbow is shorter, trust me you’ll feel it if you keep using both. There is a trait to increase Longbow range, although I don’t know how far it goes to. I assume 1200 though.

Longbow is our AoE weapon, while Rifle is our single target weapon. The assumption is that Longbow is only 900 range as a means of balancing its AoE capabilities.

The trait (Tactics IV) does indeed bring longbow up to 1200 range.
