this would be nice, while also making mending more useful.
if u used healing shouts it would be just over adrenalines stage one.

Still not as strong as Healing Signet….. Instant Cast heals with no counter play shouldn’t be a thing.

I could see mending actually getting use if it was a shout…

CD reduction, extra cleanse w trooper runes, extra heal with healing shouts.

I want to use mending, it just heals for so little you can’t stay up hp wise.

It would still have a cast time then guard wouldn’t be the only ‘shout’ in the game with one.

As cool as that would be it would require nerfing in its base form. If you changed it as is then you have have shoutbows with a 16 second Cd, 7000 healing (2000 going to allies), 4 condi clearing (1 going to allies), adrenaline building healing skill. It would be insanely OP. Oh and it would be instant.

i can see this working, maybe just increasing the cool down to 25sec so with lung capacity itll be 20sec

Shout warrior is already strong and can manage conditions with ease, I don’t see the point in buffing it more.

Mending needs to be a Physical skill for the sake of viability and variety of builds.

yes nothing compares to H signet,and Healing surge used correctly is a beast(fills ur adrenaline and does great healing.

making mending a shout gives it a reason to be used. between zerker stance and sig of stamina its not used for conditions.
now increasing it to 25s cooldown is understandable,
right now H sig is used in like every build, making mending a shout will open up shout builds to a whole new gameplay mode. no more passive healing risk and reward.

and like I said earlier making it a should would be putting it above stage one and under stage two of heal surge. not op in my opinion.

and what would the risk part amount to with an instant healing shout?

changing it to a phisical utility would definitely open much more variety of builds rather than “Let’s buff shoutbows”

so with lung capacity and vigorous shouts, the recharge time becomes 16 s and heals additional 1,480 – 2,500 health, depending on healing power.

say with 250 healing power it would would heal for

5,240 + 250 + 1,480 + 225 =
7,195

16s recharge time, 0s activation, cannot be interrupted.
around 450 health per second.
not too bad i would say.

that would be OP as hell, 10480 on 16s CD = 655hp/s !! plus 3 conditions removed.

we just need the shorter cooldown 5240 on 16s CD = 327.5hp/s which is way less than healing signet but on par with full Adrenalin healing surge.

its has a one second cast time which I believe should stay. yes it would be odd but it would also prevent it from being to op.

making it a physical would just stir up another op stun lock condi build.

and ive also never played shout bow and probably wont ever, so im not all like “buff my shout bow build plz”

I like the physical idea.

I also think a baseline change would be good. Make it so that it heals more when less Condis are cleansed…ie, if you cleanse three condos, heals less, no condos heals more.
