can we warriors get a new shout skill?

since people are still complaining about healing signet, and the other 2 healing skills are not that good.

for example,

Type Shout | 0 s Activation Time | 20 s Recharge Time
“Feels Good Man!”
“Heal yourself.”
Healing: 5,240 + 1.0 Healing Power

so with lung capacity and vigorous shouts, the recharge time becomes 16 s and heals additional 1,480 – 2,500 health, depending on healing power.

say with a basic 250 healing power it would would heal for

5,240 + 250 + 1,480 + 225 =
7,195

16s recharge time, 0s activation, cannot be interrupted.
around 450 health per second.
not too bad i would say.

but if the warrior is using clerics amulet, runes with healing power, maxed defense line, with 1407 healing power, then

5,240 + 1,407 + 1,480 + 1,266 =
9,393

that would be like 587 health per second, with a recharge time of 16 s.
of course, they would need to dedicate some points into healing power for that to happen though.

So, people are complaining about healing signet, and you want to give us a non-interruptable heal that 1,2-1,5 times as powerful and synergizes with shouts?

So, in case of a shoutbow… They have Inspiring Shouts, Lung Capacity, Vigurous Shouts and Soldier/Trooper rune.

Inspiring Shouts = 8 adrenaline on use
Lung Capacity = recharges 20% faster
Vigurous Shouts = 1.5k base healing
Rune = 1 condition removed.

Let’s do some math.

20% out of 20 is 4.
20 – 4 = 16 second cooldown.
5240 + 1480 = 6720 base heal.

So we are looking at a skill with a 16 second cooldown that has a base heal of 6720, 8 adrenaline gain, cures 1 condition with no activation time (that means unintrreruptible). In 1 minute:

16 * 4 = 64 => I’m going to multiply evreything with 3.
6720 * 3 = At least 19260 base heal;
8 * 3 = 24 adrenaline gained;
1 * 3 = 3 conditions cured.

The shoutbow would of healed at least 19k health, gained 24 adrenaline and cured 3 conditions OUT OF ONE SKILL. Also, this applies it’s effects to evreyone within earshot because it’s a shout.

Math aside, the name is quite cringeworthy… It’s close to a male Norn gaining Vigor.

Conclusion: it’s not OP. This is the true definition of Esports nowdays.

On the bright side of things, turret engi won’t shine in the meta is this was added.

only vigorous shouts would apply to allies, the basic heal only heals the warrior.
just because it is a shout, does not mean it have to affect nearby allies.

i have the description as “Heal yourself.” so there you go.

plus, everything else you have mention only applies if the warrior takes all those other traits and trooper runes set as well.

if the numbers are over powered, the numbers can be adjusted.
if the name is not suitable, it can be changed.
