The trait Warrior’s Sprint gives 25% movement speed while wielding melee weapons.

I was just wondering if it stacked with the swiftness from Warhorn #4 or any form of swiftness basically. Or is there some kind of cap on movement speed?

the highest amount of speed will prevail. So if you have swiftness and this trait you will get only the movement speed from swiftness and that’s 33%.

Wow so does that apply to basically any movement speed buff in the game? So any combination of trait + boons + etc, it just gives you the highest value?

Yes. Which is why traits like that are relatively useless, unless you don’t have swiftness or a +25% signet.
