shoutbow is tier 1 again
The synopsis says it’s especially good against condition specs/comps. Given the amount of condi builds in spvp right now, it’s probably more of a meta decision rather than simply being “this build is super OP, use it.”
The build isn’t OP and took a big hit in the June Patch because for some reason the heal they gave was OP and ANet nerfed it. Because sence I guess.
Now it’s back on top tier IMO because more and more teams have been using it again in tournaments (Go4GW2). Also top Warrior players/streamers like ROM and Tarcis have been streaming a lot of this build. Latelly when I get on ROM channel thats all he uses mostly.
I’ve allways liked the build but didn’t played it since June Patch because I feel in love for GS/Hammer. Yet I might giving a try soon enough
Yet in Metabattle isn’t only the Settler Amulet version, while Tarcis still uses Cele
I’ll leave both build here with Gw2Skills because it’s my favourite:

Been using cele amu/monk runes for the last few weeks, self healing isnt 2014 shoutbow (But we have healing signet and adrenal health so meh), turns the 1.5k on the tooltip to 1.7k outgoing to allies(could get even higher if I wasnt such a scrub might=>healingpower) and considering how ive been playing it (team fights and +1ing), I think cele/monk is a sweet alternative to the settler version.
I am still using shoutbow even after the update patch, i usually using cele stat in hotm,
which similar with mPascoal mentioned.
At the past few weeks, i tried increasing my burning damage such as rune of Balthazar and Flame Legion. But the result is not well.
After watching the build of mPascoal mentioned, maybe i would try for rune of soldier or monk in the next few days.

It does, but you gain a lot more damage in exchange and can 1v1 better. That’s the tradeoff.
