which means, can not stripe stab, cuz can not interrupt
second, unless you are extremly pro and time every single telegraphed CC so perfectly, then sure.

And then u can also add Sigil of Nullification for another rip every 10 sec.It’s really not that hard to land your combo’s on ramp though.
