The preview shows unsuspecting foe healing the warrior for 312 (400 per healing signet tick) after every 3 ticks of healing signet.

I assume it’s adrenal health incorrectly displaying itself in the combat log.

It’s also not even spelled correctly.

I could have sworn unsuspecting foe trait used to give 50% critical chance on both stunned and knock downed opponents. When did they remove the knocked downed part?

According to the wiki it always worked only on stunned enemies. The only change it got was the move to master tier.

The wiki was updated in April 2014. I think when they moved it to master tier, they changed it to apply only to stunned foes. I’m pretty sure it used to apply to knocked down enemies too because I would use bull charge + 100b combo with unsuspecting foe.

The description according the wiki never stated that it applied to knocked down enemies.
If that worked on them despite the description not saying so, it was a bug.
