Let me guess…. Great Sword warriors?
Let me guess…. Great Sword warriors?
Bad guess, every warrior except Hammer.
Sword burst = Deals less damage than a normal sword hit, roots you, misses all hits if the enemy moved when you immobilized him. Good, puts on some bleeds, which every class can remove so easily…
Mace: A miracle if you ever land it…
Bow: Decent in wvw defending, enemy walks out of the circle you’re done with.
Axe: Is debatable, if you go full glass cannon and land a crit then it can deal some decent burst damage, still this damage is barely on pair with a thief back stab while they need no adrenaline and can easily land it from stealth.
Great sword: Useless in every possible way.
Rifle: Good against kittens, In other words “Oh look he is gonna burst me since he is on his knee aiming at me like an idiot, I can block it, move behind a wall or dodge but I rather take the shot <3”
Hammer is the only decent one since it’s an AoE stun yet if you miss you are done for, also since hammer chain is easily predictable you only shine against baddies and mobs of people.
So in other words, the problem with the warrior lies in 4 aspects:
1 No sustain.
2 Our “Unique” mechanic sucks.
3 The one trait tree that support said mechanic got the worse design added bonus in the history of MMOs 30 points buy you a 3% extra damage.
4 We’re predictable as hell, basic animations, basic skill design, too many skill do the same with different cool downs, some of them far too long…
