now we have our 3rd heavy profession the REVENANT.

how do think he will compare to our Warriors ? would you switch your Warrior ?

Crappy thing is I have to delete a toon..can’t afford another slot. Well, I don’t play my 21 engi anymore.

RIP warrior. Unless ANET want to get serious about warriors and stop throwing us under the bus and blaming us for other players getting beat by us when they lack any skill than warrior is ded profession.

Im done with warrior. Thats all i have to say. Been waiting for next heavy class. If they wont give us free slot i will delete warrior and i wont even feel bad about it.

‘stop throwing us under the bus’ said like someone who’s never played anything but a button masher class.

Given ANets track of releasing classes in expansions, the class will be stupidly broken op. Assassin? OP. Rit? Found its place. Derv? Yeah lolbrokenasallhell. Paragon? The countless nerfs.

If ANet learned anything from their experiences in gw1 they’ll actually make the class somewhere in the mid ground of strong and weak.

Maybe the Revenant’s Jalis Ironhammer… “mode” will be like Warrior’s Greatsword + Hammer in one.

People have their reasons. They dont feel as strong in 1v1s anymore especially in top levels of play. Also the constant nerfs actually changed things a lot. I main warr/necro cause they are more straightforward in terms of playstyle. Also nice HP pool.

This. It’s hilarious seeing so many complaints when are profession is no where near the mess that some other professions are.

For certain he won’t be as boring as warrior Can’t get anymore simpler.

Take off that bow, and you will see what everyone is complaining about. With the adrenalin rework, bow f1 is basically the only burst that is worth the effort.

I highly encourage not deleting it as long as you have a choice, because a day may come when you will greatly regret it and won’t be able to take it back. Who knows, perhaps Revenant will not suit your play style at all, or perhaps one day you’ll realize that of all the classes you tried, warrior was the most pleasant to play.

Besides, all classes are being optimized all the time, a change to one class means some difference to them all. If not warrior being buffed- it’s gonna be warrior counter being nerfed.

If revenant wont fit me i always have guardian, ele and ranger to pick up already. I like the playstyle of them, ele being my fav.

Howered i also prefer heavy looking armor so here it is.. a heavy armor+similiar playstyle to ele, but instead of changing weapon skills based on attunements, revenant channel legends to change his backbar – heal, utility, elite skills.

Warrior will remain where it is cause thats his desing – simple, passive soaking up dmg bag.

Agreed

If Revenant is primarily ranged, heavy CC and/or passive defense class…well, Warriors will become nigh-obsolete except for banners.

I am glad that I made The Juggernaut because engies and revenants can use that weapon
