Arenanet what is being done about this? At least knowing that you’re working on a fix will make us feel better.

i had the same issue earlier. im just not playing soloq for today anymore. i’ve had enough.

I made it to rank 14 on the solo ladder, then i got four 4v5’s in a row vs players off the LB’s. Now I’m out of the top 100.

Done with solo until the game works.

Your rank would be reset in a week or so anyway. They are resetting the SoloQ Leaderboard.

hurrr durrr i play hotjoin 8 vs 8 only so i no experience 4 vs 5.

well mostly, sometimes when a new map starts i.e. raid of the capricorn not many players from previous round remains so the games starts off as 4 vs 5 but thank goodness for hotjoin’s drop in and drop out technology it quickly became 7 vs 8 or even full game 8 vs 8 and everyone had fun killing each other again. yay.

some people enjoying capping though.

i enjoy running back and forth the cannon balls, shooting cannons at the blop of people fighting on the cap. sometimes they use reflection and i eat my own cannons. duh!

Wow, what time were you queuing? I’ve never heard of anything that bad happening at the top of the leaderboard.

I agree that things are rough atm. Matchmaking is much better but a lot of people aren’t playing to keep their ratings high from the old system, and in off-hours the matchmaker has to cast a really wide net, which is never a good thing. If these matches happened in prime time, my guess would be two accounts with a deliberate sync/afk.

Arena net are trolls man. Rather work on future updates then fix problems we have RiGHT NOW

I have to admit this needs a fix.
We could create an entire new que line up for evening out 5v5’s for people who like to hotjoin and could fill in the gaps every so often, playing hot-join while they sit in que (which would pop every so often, not heaps as if to hinder their playing in hot-join).

Or we could put people in the existing que line into a match if someone doesn’t show at the start.
Just some thoughts, nothing more. But this does need a permanent fix regardless.

Make toughness play a roll in condition damage reduction already. This is so broken and garbage. The dec. 10 patch won’t help with it whatsoever.

yes i know that. that’s why i play 8 vs 8 hotjoin. dun have to deal with 4 vs 5 madness in solo arena.
