So yesterday we whe’re doin tournaments, won 11 lost like 6.
I did not get any reward chest at all after the win’s? thats 11k rank and a ton of glory!?
can i please get a refund?
I figured servers whe’re laggy so it might take some time, but an intire day???
I will Continieu doin Tpvp, but i’l be waiting for my chests.
I’ve also heard from more people that they arent gettin there chests.

if you xfered from NA to EU and back then you won’t get any chests untill you played as many matches on NA as you played on EU….

known bug, never got fixed lol

Long thread on this issue. Probably won’t ever get fixed. I transfered too and didn’t know about it and I had thousands of touney wins too.
